Time

All equipment has a lifespan that may in fact be years and years.  The reality of things though will mean there is will be interruptions due to component failures.  We are equipped to respond to your production interruptions often in hours.  We source many of the needed components from various suppliers locally and online when manufacturers lead time and cost for the same part is not meeting your production and cost objectives.

This function of maintenance includes filling and checking lube reservoirs and most importantly performing an inspection of the equipment in total.  Cleaning and "Eyes On" inspections will reveal things that can stay hidden and cause unplanned down time.

Production has taken charge.  There is no time to stop now!!! Scheduling maintenance time to perform tasks will eventually cause unplanned downtime is plain smart.  Blades, filters, drive chains, sprockets, etc. begin to show signs of eminent failure during a P.M. inspection.  These discoveries should drive an opening in the production schedule to make the time necessary repairs before an unplanned downtime makes the schedule for you.
